sacred recipes for the body

Why Vegetarian?

At Sacred Kriyations, we started with a simple idea: to make meditation accessible to everyone. Our founder, a longtime meditator, wanted to share the transformative power of the practice with others in many forms starting with cooking. Today, our mission remains the same: to help individuals achieve inner peace and balance in their lives through what's put in our bodies.
